Alexis' Happy Life

Alexis is a street art artist, inspired by hip-hop culture, its codes and values. Self-taught, he was already graffitiing at the age of 13, on the walls of Nancy, his hometown. Then his professional career and his life took him away from his passion, which has never left him.

It is only at the age of 30 that he picks up his graffiti bombs to never leave them and to make his style evolve beyond lettering. Through his works, Alexis translates the spontaneity and soul of urban graffiti; he conveys human values and awakens the sensibility of the observer with original creations, offbeat and full of freshness.... characters, looks, messages...

A certain vision of the world around him...

Alexis' Happy STYLE

His style is intuitive, he never makes sketches. He mainly uses spray paint, but his techniques are mixed (spray, acrylic, markers, collages, stencils...) often on large format but not only... All supports are possible, even the most atypical, walls, wood, signs, recycled objects, furniture...

He is particularly fond of cardboard, a recycled material par excellence, which he sublimates in a singular way through colourful and committed creations. He is keen to convey thoughts of openness to the world in order to make people travel and invite them to enter his multicultural universe.

Why we LOVE Alexis

In the Happy Funky Family, there is Funky and what could be more Funky than street art. We liked Alexis right away. His works are always full of humour, colours and mixes, everything that makes this world rich!

We also appreciate the fact that Alexis favours recycled materials to create her works. And finally, we love working with artists who are as professional as they are friendly, and Alexis takes the cake for both!
