  • If I don’t like the work I ordered at the reception, what should I do?

Crying? Of course I’m not crying. This shouldn’t happen as we offer one or two intermediate events to avoid this kind of inconvenience!

  • What happens if after two drafts I am still not satisfied?

We can make as many drafts as you wish but only the first two will be included in the purchase price. Then any additional sketches will be invoiced at 25% of the total price of the work.

  • What happens if the artwork is damaged in transit?

During transport, we take out insurance in order to re-edit and return the work to you when possible or to reimburse you if a replacement is not possible.

  • What happens if the original work is lost?

  • How can I offer a gift card, is it possible?

You can offer a Happy Funky Family e-card by going to our home page (offer a gift e-card button) or by selecting the gift card in the artwork menu.

  • Can I choose a frame for my family portrait?

On the presentation sheets of each work, the presence or absence of the frame is specified. In most cases, there is no framing and we prefer to leave the customer the possibility to frame his work to his taste. On the other hand, if you wish, we can advise you on the choice of framing and propose solutions. 

  • Can I place a special / custom order?

If you don’t find what you are looking for in our catalogue, please be aware that not all of our artists’ works and formats are presented there and that our artists can make specific orders according to your wishes. We invite you to contact us and we will be delighted to make you proposals.

  • How to have a guarantee on the authenticity of the works?

All works are delivered with their Happy Funky Family certificate of authenticity.

  • What countries do you deliver to?

At the moment in the European Union. 

  • Delivery times and costs for France and abroad

Delivery costs within Europe are included in our prices.

If an order is urgent, we can arrange delivery by Chronopost at an additional cost.

The cost of deliveries depends on its origin, size and nature of the work and therefore varies. 

  • Will I have to pay duty?

For all deliveries within the European Union, no customs charges apply, so you will not have to pay any customs fees. 

  • How do I pay for my order?

The payment of your order on our site can be made by PayPal or bank transfer for the moment.

  • I have a technical problem with my order, what should I do?

  • I am an artist and want to be part of the Happy Funky Family, what do I have to do?

Contact us by email by sending us your accounts on social networks and/or your site so that we can discover your works and come back to you quickly.
